All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not directly available, letting you know how long it will take to make your order. In the unlikely case that the availability is not up to date and the order is for a unique piece we will also inform you by email.
We can only provide a full refund for cancellations (minus the website booking fee) made more than 21 days before the start date, after this bookings are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your booking time with another client but this is not guaranteed. Transfers to a different date may be made up to 21 days before the course date but are subject to availability and we will try our best to ensure suitable alternatives are available. A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. If in the unlikely event we have to cancel a course you will receive a full refund.
