£25 Gift Voucher
All products are lovingly handmade from stoneware clay thrown on the wheel and fired once. Then painted, glazed and re-fired. They can be used everyday and placed in the dishwasher.
I hope that you will love your pottery as much as I enjoyed making it for you, but if you are in any way unhappy you may send them back for an exchange or refund. Please inform me before returning items - this should take place within 14 days of the original dispatch from the studio. I ask that you return the goods unused and within the original packaging, taking care to wrap the item as it was sent to you. An exchange or refund will be completed on safe return of the item. Any exchange item that is returned to the studio broken due to poor packaging for delivery may not be refunded or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.
When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged a replacement will be provided. An image is requested of items that have been broken in delivery. Notification to be made within 24 hours of receipt of items.

Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for one year from date of purchase.
We can only provide a full refund for cancellations of classes made more than 28 days before the start date. Transfers may be made up to 21 days before the course date but are subject to availability and we will try our best to ensure suitable alternatives are available. A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. If in the unlikely event we have to cancel a course you will receive a full refund.
Shipping costs will be added at checkout and will be sent by Royal Mail delivery 48 hour tracked, either a small or medium parcel. Small parcels are £4.50 and medium parcels are £6.20. For multiple purchases the cost will still be the maximum of £6.20.
Paper gift vouchers will be sent by 1st class post and cost £1.65
