I hope that you will love your pottery as much as I enjoyed making it for you, but if you are in any way unhappy you may send them back for an exchange or refund. Please inform me before returning items - this should take place within 14 days of the original dispatch from the studio. I ask that you return the goods unused and within the original packaging, taking care to wrap the item as it was sent to you. An exchange or refund will be completed on safe return of the item. Any exchange item that is returned to the studio broken due to poor packaging for delivery may not be refunded or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.
When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged a replacement will be provided. An image is requested of items that have been broken in delivery. Notification to be made within 24 hours of receipt of items.
